Chairman and CEO

Dr. Al-Naimi has a professional career that spans over three decades of service to his community as a provider of family medicine, preventive medicine and public health, trauma medicine, and health care administration. He is Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer for Royal Davy responsible for executive leadership, strategic planning, fiscal management, quality performance, and physician advisory to health systems and physician group practices. His primary focus is the advancement of excellence in physician executive leadership, service line management and operations, medical quality management, clinical trials management, and occupational health advisory. His other professional responsibilities are Chief Medical Officer for the Raymond Vascular Institute, and a Principle Investigator for the Perteller Biopharmaceutical Life Sciences.

He is a fellow of the American College of Neuroscience Administrators of the Neurosurgery Executives’ Resource Value & Education Society, and the chairman for the education sub-committee and fellowship credential of the Neurosurgery Executives’ Resource Value & Education Society.

He is the immediate past-president, American College of Neuroscience Administrators of the American Academy of Medical Administrators. He served on their executive board of directors, and the board of directors of the American College of Oncology Administrators. He was also the former Chief Medical Officer for the MKA Medical group, P.A., and Director, Trauma Emergency Management and Chief Trauma Officer for the Upper Keys Health Care Taxing District, Monroe County, Florida.

Dr. Al-Naimi is board qualified by the American Board of Family Medicine, American Board of Preventive Medicine, and a fellow of the American College of Neuroscience Administrators. He earned his medical degree from the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, completed residency in occupational medicine at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, and family medicine at the Creighton University School of Medicine. He also had surgical training at St. Lukes-Roosevelt Hospital, and Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital, New York. He received his bachelor degree from Michigan State University College of Natural Science (zoology), and Master of Public Health degree with a thesis dissertation from University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston School of Public Health in Community Health: Occupational & Environmental Health, and Aerospace Medicine. Dr. Al-Naimi has multiple certifications, active membership with health organizations, and university alumni activities.
